Chloe is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology at the Colorado School of Public Health, Anschutz Medical Campus. As a graduate assistant at The Evaluation Center, she coordinates the State Epidemiology Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW), supporting its activities and facilitating communication between The Evaluation Center, SEOW, and its stakeholders.

Chloe holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Health, Society, and Policy, and International Studies from the University of Utah. Following graduation, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member in the Primary Care and Rural Health office at the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. In her role as a rural health access specialist, she helped expand state loan repayment programs for healthcare providers to improve access throughout Utah. Her experiences studying social determinants of health and the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic during college strengthened her commitment to addressing health disparities and enhancing healthcare access. 

In her free time, Chloe enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and watching movies.
