Evaluation Specialist

Lauren is an Evaluation Specialist at The Evaluation Center. She graduated from the University of Colorado Denver in 2024, earning a Master’s degree in Research and Evaluation Methods with a focus on quantitative research and applied measurement. While earning her degree, she worked as a graduate assistant at The Evaluation Center using statistical analysis to build data-minded capacity and equity in Colorado’s criminal justice system. She also assisted graduate students in statistics, psychometrics, and the use of assessment and evaluation in mental health fields.

Lauren is passionate about providing equitable, data-driven evaluation to advance practices in mental and behavioral health. At The Evaluation Center, she supports projects including Colorado’s 988 Crisis Hotline and substance use prevention programs. She is also interested in improving how institutions and organizations use data to better understand and serve their communities. She is skilled in research methodology and statistical programming, and enjoys using quantitative data analysis to support high quality evaluation.

Lauren holds a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University and certificates in Applied Measurement and Data Analytics.  

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, biking, and spending time in nature with her family and dog.
