Overview
PRIDE – AGOLD is a program to support the development of junior investigators as they transition to postdoctoral academic research careers. The PRIDE program has nine sites nationally; the Colorado site is unique in its focus on research related to lung diseases and on building Scholars’ skills to address social and cultural pressures in academia.
Evaluation Approach
Evaluators conduct in-depth interviews with Scholars at the conclusion of two Summer Institutes, administer mid-year surveys, and analyze quantitative data collected by the national coordinating center.
